Steven is a Chartered Town Planner with more than 25 years of experience split across both the Public and Private sectors.

Steven spent his early career in Local Government before moving to the private sector with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2007. He went on to become JLL’s Head of Planning and Energy from 2019.

He has also worked in the development sector, advancing projects from initial feasibility stages through to Planning and completion.

Steven’s experience gives him an often unique perspective helping to deliver policy priorities whilst achieving commercial viability.
